A Few Closing Thoughts

Cheaper by the Dozen was a cute movie...but the characters tended to drift in and out of it. That's what happens when you're working with 14 characters and that's just the immediate family. Still fun though.

I love how MTV/VH1 don't show music videos until 3 in the morning. That's my favorite. And then they just play the same videos in a loop all night and their loops are practically identical. Whatevah! Whatevah!

I've been reading. That's fun. I've read A Wrinkle in Time and all it's offshoots plus Many Waters and I'm working on An Acceptable Time now. It's been a Madeline L'Engle sort of week. I don't remember her being so preachy...but it's been ages since I read her books. It's so weird to go back and reread books you enjoyed as a child. I also read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix this week. Gotta be ready for the new book! That'll be fun. I'm looking forward to it.

It's ridiculous to have people who are pver the age of about 22 or so to play people in high school...and yet it happens all the time. I do not get it. I mean, who in my graduating class looked like Tom Welling? No one...that means there were zero people who looked that good. Sorry...but it's totally true. He just looks too old. It's easy for women to act younger because they mature sooner...but guys don't really fill out until they're out of high school...so why would you have someone who is completely filled out playing a high schooler?

I thought about doing Daniel's music survey thingie...but I'm too fucking lazy. Whatevah! I do what I want!
